Building upon more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, customer service and customer satisfaction comes as second nature to Mimmo and Nancy.A self-professed “cleaning freak” Nancy saw an opportunity to turn her passion for cleanliness and customer service into a new business whereby she could work with Mimmo to make people’s lives easier.

Starting with simple flyers printed out at home, Nancy began advertising her fledgling business in the buildings next to where they were living.

Nancy was keen to help others with their house cleaning, and she was proud of how she was able to transform each home she had cleaned. Not only were the homes looking better, the owners were also much happier!

Nancy received many compliments about her attention to detail, and soon enough she was able to grow the business ‘Builder Cleaning’ into surrounding areas with the help of a few carefully-trained staff.
